2023/24 Season Ticket Holders will have their spaces reserved until the end of the Second Release Window on 31st July 2024
Accessibility Stand Season Tickets are priced the same as tickets in the Hamil Road Stand and both the Railway Stand and Paddock.
Accessibility Stand Season Tickets were sold out in the 2023/24 season, though if you wish to purchase a Season Ticket and require access support on matchdays, please email Luke Cassidy, our Disability Liaison Officer (dlo@port-vale.co.uk) and we will endeavour to assist you where possible.

What are the Port Vale Ticket Office opening hours?
The Club Store opening hours are:
Monday – 9:30am until 5pm
Tuesday – Saturday – 9am until 5pm,
I have a 2023/24 season ticket. For how long will my current seat be reserved?
Existing season ticket holders will have their current seats reserved until the end of the second purchase window, following which all tickets will be available for general sale.
I am not a current season ticket holder, but would like to take advantage of the monthly instalment plans.
Yes, all vacant seats are on general sale. The monthly instalment will begin on June 1st.
Can Under 12 Season Tickets be claimed/purchased on their own?
Under 12 Season Tickets must be associated to an over 18, full-paying adult ticket.
Do I have to purchase my Season Ticket at the same time as my Under 12 ticket?
While this is not mandatory, we encourage the full-paying 18+ tickets to be purchased at the same time as Under 12 tickets to ensure your tickets are together for the 2024/25 season.
Why is there a charge for Under 12 tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Paddock and Railway Stand?
Due to the limited availability of tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Paddock and Railway Stand, and the demand for seats in this area, the club has placed a small charge on junior tickets.
Priced at £30, tickets in this area equate to £1.30 per game, with that per game cost reducing if more than one child is added (up to four).
FREE Under 12 tickets are available in the Hamil Road Stand, which will also be the home of a dedicated Family Seating Area.
If I purchase a season ticket but decide I would like to change to an alternative seat, am I able to do this during the season?
Yes, this is available to all supporters free of charge until 1st September (subject to availability).
What criteria is needed to purchase a student ticket?
Valid ID/proof of full-time education.
How do I obtain a carers Season Ticket?
To Obtain a carers season ticket, please come and visit a member of the team instore,
How will changing ticket provider affect me?
We will automatically transfer across your loyalty points & Contact details to our new ticketing platform, however it is in the best interest of each fan to check your details ahead of the first game of the season.
What happens to my related contacts with the new ticketing provider?
Related Contacts will not be transferred across to the new ticketing system, to relink your contacts, please contact a member of the club store team.
Google, Apple Wallet & Physical Cards
If purchasing online, there will be a checkbox should you require a physical card, however our new provider is integrated with apple & google wallets, which can be automatically loaded onto your mobile phone, tablet or other electronic device, allowing for access to the stadium on matchdays. Furthermore, we feel environmentally, this helps us as part of our green planet initiative.
If I order a physical Card, when will this be available to collect?
